Lizette joined Qualifind in 2002 and brought ten years of experience in human resources within such world class companies as Johnson & Johnson Medical and Eastman Kodak. Lizette’s experience in human resources includes implementing and leading important recruitment and staffing strategies for these companies. She hired more than 2,500 people with her two previous employers prior to joining Qualifind. Lizette’s track record of success led to her being named Managing Partner of Qualifind’s Human Resource search practice in 2006.

Lizette is an active component of the HR community in northeastern Mexico where she serves as the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for one of Mexico’s most important HR associations – Ejecutivos de Relaciones Industriales, AC (ERIAC).

Lizette’s expertise and insight are a critical asset to Qualifind due to her client-side experience within human resources. Her HR, organizational development and operational experience in both the U.S. and Mexico have proven to be invaluable to Qualifind clients and have led to many long-term client and candidate relationships throughout North America and Mexico.

Lizette is fluent in English and Spanish and holds a Masters degree in Neurolinguistic Programming and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico. Lizette is Six Sigma certified at the Champion level and has earned the professional designation Certified Diversity Recruiter through AIRS.

Lizette is a native of Guadalajara, Mexico and is based in Qualifind’s office in Monterrey, Mexico.
