Sara brings a diverse skill and experience set to QualiFind’s executive search practice. Prior to joining QualiFind, Sara developed a 15 year career in human resources in such areas as project management, recruitment / selection performance management, motivational programs, organizational development and Lean manufacturing / policy deployment. Most recently, Sara spent the past 2 years leading the Human Resource efforts for an Aerospace start up operation in Tijuana, Mexico developing the HR infrastructure and staffing the operation up to 750 employees. Sara’s career consists of working for world class organizations in the U.S. and Mexico such as Parker Hannifin, Eaton Aerospace, Goodrich Aerostructures and Toppan Printing.
As QualiFind’s Client Services Manager, Sara provides QualiFind’s larger corporate clients and start up operations with project management, performance metrics and strategic planning services to multi-position / multi-tiered / multi-site recruitment projects in a variety of settings. She has a keen sense for strategic planning, project structure and process excellence which provides for the foundation of any successful recruitment partnership. |
