Who We Are
QualiFind is an executive search and recruiting firm focused on sourcing and placing high performance technical, middle management and executive-level talent within the U.S. and Mexico.
Formally established on February 3, 1999, QualiFind was built from the ground up to fill a niche need for talent in both the United States and Mexico. Our focus and commitment to this market has taken us on a journey to build a proven track record of performance within executive search and professional recruitment.
From our earliest years, we developed extensive market knowledge in both the U.S. and Mexico through work we did in Mexico’s maquiladora industry. This work led us to develop deep market knowledge of leadership and management talent residing in corporate and regional or divisional headquarters in the U.S. while also serving their needs for technical, managerial and leadership talent for their operations in Mexico.
Our work in talent acquisition has provided us with both the relationships and comprehensive understanding in such industries as aerospace, automotive, consumer products, electronics, medical devices, metal processing, plastics, polymers, rubber, and others.
QualiFind has grown and matured as a search practice to add expertise in such key industries as agribusiness, energy, financial services, life sciences, logistics and distribution, retail and wholesale, manufacturing, telecommunications, trade compliance and others.
One aspect of our growth has led us to create a sister practice for the agribusiness, food processing and plant/life science markets in both the U.S. and Mexico. AgriFind has established an identity in search projects that have included equipment manufacturers, plant and animal science, seed, and food processing operations.
Many of our client’s originate from all parts of the globe. Given our interaction with such international diversity, we elected to join IRC Global Executive Search Partners in 2008. IRC’s motto is “Globally Connected < Locally Committed” which fits very well into QualiFind’s mission objectives. Our membership in IRC gives our clients access to the resources of our search partners in 32 countries around the world. Likewise, our search partners in other countries are also instrumental in engaging QualiFind or AgriFind in searches that their clients have in either the U.S. or Mexico markets.
As the global economy has evolved and become more and more intertwined, QualiFind has evolved alongside as a solution to organizations that need talent that can thrive in a globally competitive, continuous improvement-oriented environment.
