Fernando Espinosa is a Senior Managing Partner in Qualifind, Inc. and a key element and facilitator of Qualifind CT’s career transition / outplacement programs. Fernando works from Qualifind's corporate-owned offices in Chula Vista, CA (suburb of San Diego, CA).
Fernando is the first and only credentialed member of The Pinnacle Society from Mexico. Membership in The Pinnacle Society is limited to 75 of the highest performing recruiters in North America. Membership is attained only by meeting an exceptionally high standard of recruiting production and after a thorough review and approval process by its Board of Directors.
Fernando has more than thirteen years of search experience in the manufacturing market in the U.S. and Mexico.
Prior to joining Qualifind in 2000, he led a Mexico-based search practice focused on Mexico's maquiladora industry.

As a manufacturing executive recruiter and maquiladora recruiter, he has been involved in assisting manufacturing clients from Asia, Europe and the United States solve a variety of recruiting, outplacement, cultural sensitivity and other human resource related issues in their Mexico operations.
Fernando is fluent in the English, Spanish, Japanese and French languages and has studied in Mexico, Japan and the U.S.. Fernando earned a Masters Degree in International Administration from CETYS University and a BA in International Relations from UNAM University in Mexico City. To further enhance his understanding of human resources issues in the U.S., Fernando completed the University of California San Diego's (UCSD) two year certificate program in Human Resource Management. He also has the American Staffing Association's professional designation Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and has the Certified Diversity Recruiter designation through AIRS.
