Rosa Icela’s diverse career experience has proven to be invaluable to Qualifind CT’s career transition participants.
Her experience includes several years in accounting and finance in maquiladora operations in Mexico that culminated in her leading the accounting role for a U.S. based manufacturer. After eight years in the accounting field, she elected to transition herself out of the accounting field and into marketing and public relations.

Rosa Icela’s marketing talents were first applied as being the creator of the firm’s name - Qualifind, closely followed by her participation in creating the firm’s website in 1999. Over the past ten years, she has been a key element in promoting the firm’s services in executive search and career transition. She was a critical element in Qualifind CT’s first career transition program with Seagate’s plant closure in Mexicali. |
Today, Rosa Icela serves as a resource to Qualifind CT’s career transition participants through her facilitation of the program’s “Dress for Success” segment. She also provides continuous and post-workshop support to career transition participants in providing individual and private consultations on wardrobe selection and coordination.
