Sara brings a diverse skill and experience set to QualiFind’s executive search practice and she is further able to leverage that experience in QualiFind’s career transition (outplacement) practice - QualiFind CT.
Prior to joining QualiFind, Sara developed a 15 year career in human resources in such areas as project management, recruitment / selection performance management, outplacement, downsizing, motivational programs, organizational development and Lean manufacturing / policy deployment.
Sara’s previous outplacement experience includes working in conjunction with DBM, Right Management and local agencies for a large-scale outplacement reducing over 4,000 employees in a 3 year time frame. Her responsibilities included working with local employers to identify viable job opportunities for the downsized employees, working with these employees to develop their job search strategy and providing ongoing coaching and counseling to the outplaced employees.
Most recently, Sara led the Human Resource efforts for an Aerospace start up operation in Tijuana, Mexico developing the HR infrastructure and staffing the operation up to 750 employees. |

Sara’s career consists of working for world class organizations in the U.S. and Mexico such as Parker Hannifin, Eaton Aerospace, Goodrich Aerostructures and Toppan Printing.
As QualiFind’s Client Services Manager, Sara provides QualiFind’s clients and start-up operations with project management, performance metrics and strategic planning services to multi-position / multi-tiered / multi-site recruitment projects in a variety of settings. She has a keen sense for strategic planning, project structure and process excellence which provides for the foundation of any successful recruitment partnership.
