Warren Carter founded Qualifind to leverage his recruiting and career transition experience in the U.S. Navy with his extensive network in Mexico's maquiladora industry. In doing so, he created a full service executive search and career transition (outplacement) firm that bridges the cultural differences between the U.S. and Mexico and many of the foreign investors that work within North America and Mexico. Warren and his partner Fernando serve as Senior Managing Partners of the firm.
Warren's military service included four years of managing a career transition program based in Honolulu, HI during a period of military downsizing between 1989 and 1993.
After his experience within the U.S. Navy, he took a business development role within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. This work gave Warren his start in developing an extensive network within Mexico's maquiladora industry and their corporate counterparts in the U.S., Asia and Europe as well as an early strong position as a logistics executive recruiter. He followed four years in the logistics industry with a three year stint managing an executive search practice for a national firm in San Diego.

Being an entrepreneur, enjoying the influence of culture in the workplace, and strong economic conditions made starting an executive search and career transition practice a natural next step. Warren's philosophy of "Believing that you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with", led him to reinforce his vision through the addition of Fernando Espinosa as a full partner and creating the U.S. and Mexico recruiting market's first truly bi-national executive search and career transition practice registered in both the U.S. and Mexico. Warren and Fernando lead the firm while keeping a keen eye towards the ever-changing market demands and trends all the while collaborating to the benefit of Qualifind clients.
Warren graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a BA degree in Human Services and is a Certified Diversity Recruiter.
