Qualifind CT (Career Transitions) provides outplacement and career transition services in both the U.S. and Mexico. Qualifind CT is a division of the executive search practice – Qualifind, Inc. Formed in February 1999, Qualifind created a niche executive and professional search practice that specialized in sourcing and placing bilingual English/Spanish talent. Prior outplacement experience in both the U.S. and Mexico, extensive knowledge of the talent market in both countries led to Qualifind developing a menu of cost-effective career transition services for clients in the U.S. and Mexico.
Qualifind CT was spun off as an independent entity in order to provide an array of talent management services to employers and / or individual-focused career management services that are independent of Qualifind’s search practice.
We have experience working with manufacturing and distribution operations, corporate / divisional entities, non-profits, universities and government organizations. We offer individual and group programs at our corporate-owned offices in Chula Vista, CA or programs at your facilities in either the U.S. or Mexico. In Chula Vista we have a 1,150 square foot Learning Center which allows us to provide outplacement services to groups as large as 40 participants at a time.

In the highly mobile manufacturing industry, we have brought career transition services on-site in such locations as Monterrey, Mexico City, Puebla, Nogales, Juarez, Mexicali and Tijuana, Mexico. In the U.S. we have provided outplacement in San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago and Jacksonville, FL.
