To whom it may concern,

I have engaged QualiFind to provide recruiting services since 1999 while employed at Rain Bird Sprinkler Manufacturing Corporation and Honeywell International, Inc. I can say unequivocally that their firm is by far the most effective, professional, and ethical recruiting firm with which I have dealt. During my short tenure as Plant Manager at Rain Bird, QualiFind recruited an outstanding Materials Manager for us. That professional proved to be an outstanding hire, and indeed went on to a successful Marketing position at Rain Bird.

I began my current Director of Operations position at Honeywell in 2001. One goal in my current assignment was to strengthen the management team, and QualiFind was integral in identifying and hiring five of my key staff (Plant Management, Materials, Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Finance). Further, the firm recruited key non-management positions in IT, Engineering, and elsewhere.
