Thomas “Tom” Despres brings QualiFind clients a wealth of career experience coupled with leadership coaching and training and a successful track record of developing winning cultures in the United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico. His background includes 25 years of hands-on through executive-level experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain and human resources.
He resided in Monterrey, Mexico for six years while leading the start-up of a world class manufacturing organization in Mexico. He also lived in Puerto Rico while leading worldwide operations for a Fortune 500 company that provided high tech products to markets around the globe. Since 2009, Tom has been delivering leadership workshops for both public and private interests. His training programs are focused on developing key “soft skills” – the skills needed to ensure that long term objectives are achieved within a culturally diverse organization.
In addition to leadership training and consulting, Tom leads QualiFind’s executive search practice devoted to engaged and retained search for middle management and executive leadership within the U.S. and Mexico. His prior career experience allows his to be especially effective in matching clients’ manufacturing and supply chain needs with highly qualified talent to meet those needs. Working on the client side of this business in his prior career roles enables him to empathize and assist in scaling client needs within organizational objectives.
Taken together, Tom’s experience and career achievements form a solid foundation for him to provide a customized approach to leadership coaching, training and executive search for QualiFind clients. Some of his more noteworthy achievements and experiences include:
