Our executive search services are tailored to meet the needs for in depth research, attention-to-detail reporting and thorough coverage of the talent markets that matter to find your organization’s key leadership talent when requirements dictate.

Likewise, you cannot effectively find and screen candidates for leadership roles without the necessary detail to make an effective hiring decision. Our executive search services are geared to the process of drilling down deep in our research, candidate sourcing and closing the kind of talent that possess the ability to be successful in your organization.

Our executive search services leaves no stone unturned in delivering the critical information you need to make an effective hiring decision. From industry research, talent mapping your industry and niche, building a short list of available candidates to conducting thorough evaluations of those candidates; our executive search model provides complete access to all available data to insure that your new hire will be a successful new addition to your organization.

When engaging QualiFind’s executive search services – our objective and focus is purely on getting our clients the best available candidate. Therefore, we interview and evaluate both internal and external candidates with the same level of objectivity so that you can make a decision to hire with complete confidence.

Our executive search services are available on a retained basis. Typical retained agreements are structured in the following three phases:

Phase I

Retainer equal to 33% of the projected or agreed-upon fee is paid to QualiFind

  • We then begin the process of market research and talent mapping
  • We assimilate data and begin compiling a list of prospective candidates
  • We begin screening candidates from our list of prospects. As candidates are screened for qualifications, job match, cultural fit, and personal interest/motivation, we develop a short list of 3 – 4 of the top candidates.
  • We present our short list of candidates for review and arrange in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • We get feedback from the hiring managers on the interviews. Once we have continuing interest established with two or more candidates, we are ready to move into Phase II of the search.

Phase II

Second payment equal to 33% of the projected or agreed-upon fee is paid to QualiFind

  • We focus our efforts on bringing the candidates of interest into a more in depth evaluation process. We offer a battery of tools that will be discussed prior to engaging in the search. These tools allow us to employ an array of evaluation processes that will bring the critical aspects of the candidate’s capabilities into sharper focus.
  • We conduct a thorough reference check of the top two selected candidates and prepare a detailed report on what each reference stated about the candidate’s integrity, work ethic, track record of performance, leadership ability, and other elements considered critical to hire.
  • We deliver the results of the evaluations, reference checks and discuss our findings with hiring managers. We make a recommendation as to the candidate we believe would be the strongest candidate. Unless additional screening and evaluation tools are necessary, we work with hiring managers to develop a competitive and comprehensive offer of employment.
  • We deliver the offer of employment and work with selected finalist to gain offer acceptance and any relevant transition issues.

Phase III

Final payment is made

  • We follow-up with the successful hire at three separate points during the following six months to ensure that there are no transition issues or problems that need to be dealt with. We offer warranty programs on hires made through the executive search process ranging from 180 days to 365 days.

Our membership in IRC Global Executive Search Partners provides our clients with English-speaking access to retained search services in 32 countries around the world. Clients with business operations in multiple countries outside of the United States and Mexico are able to integrate this access to a wider geographic array of market data, access to talent and cultural / language resources.
