Warren Carter
Senior Managing Partner
Warren Carter founded QualiFind Executive Search in February 1999 to leverage his prior retained search experience, prior military recruiting experience and his extensive international business network to serve a growing need for multi-cultural talent acquisition.
Warren partnered with Fernando Espinosa in 2000 to create a truly bi-cultural executive search practice that has since evolved into successfully serving markets in the United States and Mexico. Warren and Fernando serve as Senior Managing Partners of the firm.
Warren’s career as an executive recruiter was born early through progressively responsible roles in recruiting, lead generation and career transition for a segment of the U.S. Navy that specialized in recruiting highly skilled aviation engineers, pilots, aircrew, doctors and nurses for Naval Reserve programs.
After more than eight years of recruiting and career transition experience with the Navy, Warren took a business development role in 1993 within the logistics, distribution and trade compliance industry. This work gave Warren his start in developing an extensive business network within both the United States and Mexico. In 1997, he took the role of leading RSM McGladrey’s retained executive search practice in their San Diego office.

Under Warren’s leadership and strategic vision, QualiFind has gone on to develop a solid reputation for providing talent acquisition services for technical, middle management and executive leadership for such global organizations as Toyota, Honeywell, Tyco, Georgia-Pacific,
Kimberly-Clark Healthcare and others.
Warren manages client relations, strategic development and leads QualiFind’s retained search practice. He has extensive experience conducting search assignments in both the US and Mexico as well as leading large scale recruiting projects for operational start-ups. Through QualiFind’s membership in IRC Global Executive Search Partners, he has managed a number cross-border search engagements for clients in Europe and Asia that had business operations in either the U.S. and/or Mexico. Key industries served include aerospace, automotive, agribusiness, FMCG, medical devices, and industrial sectors in both countries.
Warren attained certification as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Diversity Recruiter. He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu. He has also completed coursework in various aspects of human resource management at San Diego State University.
Warren is a native of Blackshear, GA and currently resides in Chula Vista, California. He is married to the former Rosa Icela Villarreal and has three children.
